Photo and Face Data

Pixi allows you to upload photos for editing. These photos may contain images of faces. We treat all uploaded photos as sensitive user content and handle them with the highest level of privacy.

• We do not perform biometric identification or recognition.
• Photos are used only to apply AI-powered photo editing effects (style transfer, age modification, hair change).
• Photos are stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore/Storage).
• We do not share photos or face data with third parties.
• Users may delete their photos at any time; deleted photos are permanently removed.
• A maximum of 10 photos per user are retained at any given time.

Use of Data

The Company may use Personal Data for purposes such as:

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To manage user accounts.
• To contact users regarding updates or security information.
• To manage and respond to user requests.
• To improve Service performance and user experience.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer user photos or face data to third parties. Limited personal data may be shared with trusted Service Providers (e.g., Firebase) to operate the Service securely.

Data Retention

Photos are retained only while users choose to keep them in the app (maximum 10 photos). Users may delete content at any time, which will permanently remove it from our servers.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not target children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new "Last updated" date.
